This strategic role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the organization's diverse software estate including 20-30+ SaaS applications.
The incumbent will design comprehensive governance frameworks, lead high-value commercial negotiations, and maintain strict budgetary control over all software expenditures.
Key duties include establishing standardized workflows for procurement, implementing proactive license harvesting to reduce costs, and ensuring 100% compliance with EULAs.
