Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Deep technical understanding of AI agents
  • Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Ability to teach complex technical concepts
  • Partner ecosystem enablement experience

  • Experience with GSI or services partner enablement
  • Background in customer service platforms
