Must-have

  • Active Pharmacy Technician licensure or certification
  • Minimum two years pharmacy technician experience
  • USP <797> and USP <800> compliance knowledge
  • Hazardous drug handling and sterile compounding skills
  • Chemotherapy compounding experience

Nice-to-have

  • Completion of Pharmacy Technician Certification Program
  • Experience with Banner Health electronic medical records
  • Ability to train peer technicians and externs
  • Strong mathematical calculation skills for medication dosing

Key Requirements

  • Active Pharmacy Technician license/certification
  • Two years minimum pharmacy technician experience
  • Knowledge of USP <797>/<800> standards
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (if applicable)
  • Criminal History Affidavit signature
