Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 15+ years experience in large-scale distributed platforms
  • Deep expertise in utility sector operations and infrastructure
  • Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, IBM Maximo, SCADA systems
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, LLMs, Python, SQL
  • Proven track record of C-suite advisory and stakeholder management

Nice-to-have

  • Experience driving $100M+ customer ROI initiatives
  • Knowledge of FERC, NERC regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Background in IoT monitoring and drone-based computer vision
  • Ability to architect Process Mining Centers of Excellence
  • Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation concepts

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years designing operationalizing massive-scale distributed platforms
  • MBA strongly preferred or degree in Business/Engineering/Information Systems
