  • Lead AP strategy and best practices by using modeling and statistical analysis to identify key opportunities, partnering with cross-functional teams, building long-range plans and timelines, and influencing senior leaders through clear, actionable insights.
  • Direct strategic risk mitigation programs, data systems, and services by designing and leading cross-functional initiatives, guiding implementation and execution across multiple workstreams, and measuring program effectiveness to close compliance gaps and continuously improve.
  • Build and sustain a high-performing team by identifying capability gaps, recruiting and developing talent, supporting mentorship and succession planning, and leveraging the strengths of new and existing associates.
