Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse
• Three years of practical nursing experience (LPN III)
• One year of practical nursing experience (LPN II)
• Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license (LPN I)
• Occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds
• Able to push and pull a maximum force of 25 pounds
• Valid driver’s license
