Job Summary

  • Identify, develop, and maintain sales opportunities for assigned countries and ensure global, and region-specific, Infrastructure Coatings profit center sales and margin objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Obtain customer and internal input to develop portfolio strategic plan, aligned with divisional strategic plan, and execute this plan in partnership with local and global business leaders.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and direction to business Area and subsidiary personnel, and undertake portfolio management and pricing activities to enable gross-margin and plant utilization objectives.
