Salary
Base: 118,700 - 145,100; Bonus/Equity: 15% annual bonus target, up to double target, ESPP with 50% match; Benefits: Multiple benefits, telemedicine, Wellness account, share plan, defined benefit pension plan

Key Requirements
CPA or CFA designation or equivalent
8+ years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of business transactions, M&A, financing, business valuation
Extensive financial analysis experience
General legal knowledge and tax concepts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Strong financial modelling skills (Excel and Power BI)
