Job Summary

  • Establish, maintain, and enhance product access through optimal formulary positions and drive sales growth by leading local market selling and pull through.
  • Navigate the complex payer marketplace and work to achieve maximum account penetration to increase scope and areas of influence within assigned National or Regional Accounts.
  • Collaborate regularly with other Strategic Market Directors, National Account Directors, and other J&J partners to ensure open lines of communication and synergistic efforts within the accounts.

Salary

Base: $141,000.00 - $243,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay –13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours
