Job Summary

• The Operations Supervisor leads production activities across assembly and packaging operations for an assigned shift, managing a manufacturing team and driving performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and service.
• This role plays a meaningful role in developing talent, ensuring readiness for new product introductions (NPI), and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations of electromechanical assembly and non-sterile packaging functions, recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing a high-performing manufacturing team, and partnering with engineering, planning, and quality teams to support NPI readiness and drive process improvements.
