Candidates will manage intake, planning, and tracking of compliance initiatives while maintaining visibility through Jira dashboards and cross-functional collaboration.

Salary
Base: $115,600 - $185,000 USD annually depending on location; Bonus/Equity: Sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs) included; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Flexible PTO, Parental Leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years project or program management experience
5+ years leading project planning efforts
Experience with Jira dashboards and reporting
Ability to translate legal recommendations into user stories
Familiarity with Google Docs, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
Nice-to-have
PMP certification preferred
2+ years people management or mentoring experience
Strong organization and communication skills
Experience driving change management initiatives
Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment
