  • This role serves as a visionary leader responsible for protecting the core innovation and manufacturing power against industrial cyber-attacks.
  • The Director will chair the Operational Technology Security Task Force and coordinate the senior governance council to align strategy across Manufacturing, Research, and Animal Health divisions.
  • Candidates are expected to navigate complex political environments to build consensus and drive decision-making without direct authority over all stakeholders.
