Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field
  • 15–20 years of progressive experience in project controls
  • at least 5 years in a leadership capacity on infrastructure mega-projects
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, Kahua, or other industry-standard controls and reporting systems
  • Strong understanding of FTA requirements
