Job Summary
Provides global workforce planning and estimation advice within assigned organizations and/or for designated project or program areas.
Engages with People Analytics to understand staff data, trends and projections in terms of specific organizational, project or similar areas.
Collaborates with relevant internal colleagues including HRBP, HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development (L&D), project leaders and other stakeholders to ensure regular, consistent and open communication.
