SCAN is seeking a temporary HR Training Specialist to support learning initiatives and enhance the onboarding experience for employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in curriculum development and advanced knowledge of MS applications, while contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on improving care for older adults

Job Summary

  • This position will build, facilitate, support, and administer engaging learning programs that support SCAN's culture, core values, and strategic objectives for SCAN employees across all levels of the organization.
  • As a new hire ambassador, this position will collaborate closely with Recruiting, IT, and other HR teams to make the onboarding experience high-touch and memorable.
  • Base Pay Range: $27.00-$36.00 per hour; Robust Wellness Program; Excellent 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with employer match.
