Job Summary
The Clinical Informaticist is responsible for optimizing the use of the Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system across all clinical departments to enhance patient, clinician, and provider experience.
This role serves as a liaison between IT, physicians, Nursing, and other departments, ensuring clinical systems meet objectives, quality assurance, and federal requirements.
Key functions include clinician engagement, workflow design and optimization, user training and support, system build, policy development, data analysis, governance, quality assurance, and change management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in nursing, health informatics, or related field
Three (3) years of clinical experience
One (1) year of experience with Epic EMR
Master’s Degree in Nursing Informatics or related field (Preferred)
