• The Branch Rental Manager is responsible for increasing rental margin, revenue, and market share through aggressive marketing and maximum vehicle utilization.
• This role requires managing outside sales, customer retention, fleet planning, and personnel development including hiring, training, and performance appraisals.

Salary

Base: $50,000 - $55,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, PTO, and 401(k)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Five years or more Rental or Sales experience
• Three years or more experience in Rental product line
• Two years or more experience managing others
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
