The company will determine Technician level based on experience and education, with a salary range from $28.50 to $41.25 hourly depending on experience.

Must-have
Operate and maintain wind turbines
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
Perform preventive maintenance per OEM manuals
Climb towers up to 100 meters daily
Work with electrical wiring and color codes
Use electronic testing equipment
Comply with environmental health and safety programs
Nice-to-have
Experience in power plant operations
Knowledge of crane and rigging requirements
Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
Demonstrated teamwork and positive attitude
Willingness to travel and work overtime
Advanced computer skills for diagnostics
Key Requirements
One year college or technical school certificate or equivalent experience
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
Weight must not exceed 285 lbs excluding equipment
12 months related experience or wind industry training
