Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation SCADA development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, or similar role
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design
  • Hands-on experience with Rockwell / Allen-Bradley PLC programming
  • Experience developing HMI/SCADA systems (Ignition preferred)
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols
  • Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (NFPA, UL, NEC, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Travel required up to approximately 25%
