Must-have
Supervise 20+ guest service staff members
Handle cash and credit card reconciliation
Enforce OSHA and safety standards
Work flexible schedule including nights weekends
Maintain food handler certificate
Nice-to-have
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Experience with POS systems
Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge
Strategic sales initiative implementation
Background in event coordination
Key Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Current Food Handler's certificate required
1-2 years of hands-on experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
