Job Summary
Interpret customer drawings and standards, including coating-related requirements in the contract, to clearly define product surface protection implementation requirements to meet customer needs.
Compile product surface coating processes, including requirements and operating specifications for protection, sandblasting, pre-treatment, spraying, and non-paint surface treatment, as well as general work instructions and anti-corrosion plans.
Continuously improve the coating production line in terms of safety, quality, cycle time, and cost, and be responsible for applying and developing new paint systems.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Applied Chemistry
Familiarity with industrial equipment coating and anti-corrosion procedures
Proficient English for technical document interpretation and communication
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Office software
Familiarity with SSPC, ISO, ASTM, NACE standards
Familiarity with power generation equipment coating needs
5+ years of heavy equipment anti-corrosion experience
