Job Summary

  • Arcadis is seeking a Design Quality Representative to ensure field execution consistently reflects approved design documentation for complex infrastructure and heavy civil construction projects.
  • In this role, you will lead drawing control, RFI management, and change-tracking processes, serving as the primary liaison between Construction, Quality, and the Designer of Record.
  • You will ensure full traceability of design revisions, field modifications, and red-line documentation through project close-out and as-built submission, driving compliance, constructability, and effective risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Construction/Civil Engineering
  • 2-5 years' experience in Quality Control
  • Experience with P3 or heavy civil projects
  • Experience with light rail projects
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Strong grasp of QA/QC principles
  • Advanced working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
