To lead and manage the first line risk team in Business Banking Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segment, developing and implementing a risk management plan to ensure a satisfactory control environment and risk culture.
Key deliverables include coordinating activities to sustain a satisfactory control environment, managing process refresh, driving issues and risk event management, conducting root cause analysis, and running risk governance forums.
The role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, developing and monitoring KRIs, leading the existing team, and driving risk deliverables related to ORRMF, Conduct Risk, Fin Crime Risks, and operational elements affecting financial risks.
