Job Summary

  • Play a critical role in ensuring Revolution Medicines attracts, rewards, and retains highly qualified team members by supporting the development, analysis, and implementation of our total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to support compensation processes, benefits programs, and total rewards communications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and reporting related to compensation and total rewards programs and partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of programs and initiatives.
