Job Summary

  • The Control Room Operator will proactively monitor wells, processing equipment, and compressors during normal and emergency conditions.
  • This role serves as the key communication link between field personnel, corporate staff, vendors, and interconnects within a 24/7 operations center.
  • Operators are responsible for optimizing production, organizing resources, and compiling daily KPI reports for distribution.

Must-have

  • SCADA platform operation experience
  • Oil and gas industry background
  • Rotational shift availability including nights

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of operating experience
  • Three years of oil and gas experience
  • Ability to work 7-on/7-off rotational shifts
