  • Generate real revenue from enrollment, research grants and giving, lead major fundraising efforts, developing significant sources of private funds and building on existing sustainable endowments.
  • Advance excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, both in-person and online; promote an environment and obtain resources to foster an increase in research and scholarship.
