Job Summary

  • Ensures that the quality standards of customer service, safety, security, facility cleanliness and availability of supplies are maintained for the McConnell Heart Health Center during their shift.
  • The shift supervisor coordinates the communication and actions steps at the Reception Desk during an emergency situation code blue, team assist, fire alarm-evacuation procedures.
  • Provides an inspection of the entire facility documenting items that need immediate attention cleaning or repair or "requires a project" outside vendor.
