Job Summary
The Supervisor, Drilling Operations is responsible for supervising on-site drilling, completion, testing and workover operations to ensure a safe, efficient and cost-effective working environment.
The jobholder must ensure all service company personnel are aware of their duties and that all required personnel, materials and equipment at the rig are checked for readiness.
Key responsibilities include managing SSHE on the drilling rig, conducting routine inspections, and reporting any incidents or injuries as per Company's Incident Management Standard.
