The SEC Specialist II will be a key contributor in providing support for the timely preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements, as well as assisting with corporate sustainability reporting and compliance.
The role focuses on two keys areas: 1) supporting the preparation of the filing of Forms 10-Q and 10-K in alignment with US GAAP and SEC standards, and 2) supporting accounting-related Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data management, including collection, analysis, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
