  • Troubleshooting CCTV and network communications
  • Working at heights
  • Customer service experience
  • Traffic signal preventative maintenance
  • Network communications troubleshooting and repair

Nice-to-have

  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Supporting apprenticeship and training
  • Knowledge of wireless technologies
  • Experience with Ethernet switches and travel time readers

Key Requirements

  • 6 or more years specialist/technical experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work at heights
  • IMSA Traffic Signal Technician certification or willingness to obtain
  • IMSA Level 1 preferred
