This role is critical for the NEOM Green Hydrogen project, the largest capital project for Air Products, focusing on decarbonization efforts.
The incumbent must manage complex interfaces between sub-contractors and ensure compliance with Saudi government laws including HCIS-SAF and SAIS security directives.
The position requires a site-based presence in Duba, Tabuk Region, working on an 8-weeks-on-2-weeks-off rotation schedule.

Must-have
10+ years EPC project execution experience
Deep knowledge of KSA HCIS/SAIS regulations
Hands-on experience with Saudi permitting processes
Site-based rotation work (8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF)
Stakeholder management across engineering and commercial teams
Nice-to-have
Arabic language proficiency
Owner/facility operator lifecycle experience

Key Requirements
