Job Summary

  • Ensure the workplace is attractive and productive for teams and employees, collecting and acting on customer feedback to improve the workplace experience.
  • Monitor health, safety, waste and energy usage to improve efficiency and sustainability, and manage providers for cleaning, security, food services, etc., assessing their performance using adequate KPIs and metrics.
  • Ensure facilities meet health, safety, and environmental standards, and effectively communicate with landlords ensuring contractual obligations on building maintenance and sustainability improvements are met on time.
