Base: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives available; Benefits: Health insurance, wellness program, life/disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid holidays/sick time/vacation

Must-have
2 years entertainment industry experience
3+ years CMS system usage in CSR role
Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
SendGrid and Microsoft communication tools
Studio client servicing and technical support
Nice-to-have
Film school or TV production background
Experience in highly matrixed environment

Leadership in resolving escalated issues

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or technical discipline
2 years' experience working in the entertainment industry
3 or more years using CMS systems in a CSR facing role
