Must-have
4 years industrial mechanical experience
Welding and torch operation skills
Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO) compliance
CMMS data entry proficiency
Operating overhead cranes and rigging
Safe work in confined spaces
Nice-to-have
Phosphate industry background preferred
Ability to train on mobile equipment
Strong organizational and team skills
Experience with boom trucks and forklifts
Root cause failure analysis capability
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Associates Degree in Vocational/Millwright/Welding preferred
4 years related industrial mechanical experience or apprenticeship
