Job Summary
Develop robust strategies to enable industry leading design and manufacturing of cooling components for engine, transmission, electric drive unit, or RESS propulsion assemblies.
Lead and coordinate benchmarking efforts at a subsystem level to support definition of best practices, including a high level of engagement in Competitive Benchmarking Design Reviews (CBDR).
Provide technical support to program teams, including Assistant Chief Engineers, and to Development Engineers, Validation Engineers, and Applications Engineers.
