Job Summary

  • Develop robust strategies to enable industry leading design and manufacturing of cooling components for engine, transmission, electric drive unit, or RESS propulsion assemblies.
  • Lead and coordinate benchmarking efforts at a subsystem level to support definition of best practices, including a high level of engagement in Competitive Benchmarking Design Reviews (CBDR).
  • Provide technical support to program teams, including Assistant Chief Engineers, and to Development Engineers, Validation Engineers, and Applications Engineers.
