Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for developing and optimizing global benefits and wellness initiatives to support employee physical, mental, and financial well-being.
  • The successful candidate will lead the phased implementation of the Darwin flexible benefits platform across various countries over the next two years.
  • Hiscox offers a competitive salary range of $80-$100k along with comprehensive health insurance, paid parental leave, and a 4-week sabbatical after every 5 years of service.
