Job Summary
Lead a team of process engineers responsible for maintaining, improving, and developing manufacturing processes for propulsion systems.
Manage day-to-day activities of the engineering team, including setting objectives, managing results, and coaching individual performance.
Interface with plant site personnel to support Continuous Improvement projects and improve plant metrics in Safety, People, Quality, Reliability, and Cost (SPQRC).
