Job Summary

  • The RCA Associate I role is responsible for managing operational risk within designated business and regional areas by applying risk identification methodologies and establishing controls aligned with BBVA S.A. CIB frameworks.
  • Key responsibilities include hosting quarterly Asia Internal Control & Operational Risk (ICOR) meetings, calculating Key Risk Indicators, conducting annual Risk and Control Self-Assessments, and reviewing new business product or service cases.
  • This position requires a university graduate with a minimum of 5 years of post-school working experience in operational risks or related functions within the banking or financial industry, with excellent English communication skills.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5-year post-school working experience
  • University graduate or post-graduate degree
  • CFA, CPA, AORP or CORP related certifies will be plus
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese Putonghua
