The Manager, Maintenance leads projects to improve operational availability of equipment and reduce maintenance costs while ensuring compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
This role fosters collaboration across Production, Engineering, and Facilities departments and provides technical training and support to maintenance and production personnel.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Supervisory experience in maintenance
Experience with CMMS systems
Knowledge of FDA regulations
Maintenance of industrial automation equipment
Implementation of TPM and Lean Manufacturing
Training staff in FDA regulated environment
Nice-to-have
Proactive decision making culture
Cross-functional team collaboration
Structured problem-solving methods
Experience with AMIS programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or Engineering preferred
