Job Summary
Join ERM’s Private Markets ESG & Impact Value Creation team and help some of the world’s most influential private equity and infrastructure investors unlock growth through sustainability.
You’ll lead strategic advisory engagements that help clients develop and implement ESG & impact strategies that unlock long-term value, translate sustainability insights into growth, and build financial models that quantify ESG’s contribution to performance.

Key Requirements
Entry level to 2.5 years in strategy consulting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Sustainability, or related field
Experience designing and executing strategic initiatives
