Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, recording information accurately, reporting changes in condition, and assisting residents with daily functions and personal care needs.
The role requires assisting residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting them, as well as performing restorative and rehabilitative procedures.
