Job Summary

  • We are building next-generation human kidney models by tackling a central unsolved problem in the field: how to generate organotypic, vascularized kidney organoids that show enhanced maturation.
  • As part of a newly funded IHB fellowship, you will drive an ambitious research program at the interface of stem cell biology, vascular biology, and single-cell genomics, with the goal of creating translationally relevant systems for drug discovery and safety.
  • You will be embedded in a highly interdisciplinary ecosystem at IHB, working with leading experts in bioengineering, stem cell biology, and computational analysis, and closely connected to Roche’s drug discovery and safety teams.
