The Retirement Plan Administration team is responsible for compliance testing, government reporting, plan terminations, and retirement plan compliance for clients.
This role involves handling plan terminations, including year-end testing for DC plans & 5500s, drafting termination resolutions, and communicating with clients.
The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who can manage their own block of responsibilities, confidently answer retirement plan questions, and collaborate with the team.
