The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must accurately identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before administering treatments or serving meals to ensure patient safety.
Staff are required to report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
