Base: $143,000 - $160,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for equity incentive plans; Benefits: Flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), Teladoc Health

Must-have
2-3+ years of digital product design experience
End-to-end design from discovery to launch
Experience designing internal tools and consumer apps
Strong product thinking and systems-level problem solving
Proficiency with component libraries and design systems
