Job Summary

• Supervises daily maintenance operations, including coordinating maintenance workload, preparing staff schedules and monitoring attendance.
• Completes work orders as assigned, through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), to repair or install equipment and machinery or HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete, lock, grounds work, minor parking lot and sidewalk repairs and assist resident’s and/or customers with general maintenance needs.
