Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, positive environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Strong communication skills with nursing staff
Ability to work collaboratively in shifts
Experience with restorative procedures preferred
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant certification
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
