This role involves establishing relationships across Arcadis and the client base while managing technical delivery for complex UK water projects.
Candidates will be responsible for producing and verifying BIM models, ensuring quality assurance, and resolving technical issues within the Resilience Global Business Area.
The position requires adherence to BIM Execution Plans and collaboration with other disciplines to mitigate design challenges using industry-standard software tools.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years BIM Modeller experience
Autodesk Revit and Civils 3D proficiency
UK Water sector project delivery
ISO 19650 BIM standards knowledge
Navisworks Manage and ACC usage
Nice-to-have
ICE professional membership or EngTech/IEng status
Experience with digital design platforms
Strong communication and writing skills
Track record in feasibility to detailed design
Collaborative team culture mindset
Key Requirements
Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering or ITI Drafting
Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeller
Knowledge of UK water company standards and workflows
Software competency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
