Job Summary
Utilize medical professional knowledge and scientific leadership to establish solid win-win cooperative relationships with patients, achieving effective academic exchange for products and promoting sustainable business growth within the responsible business area.
Develop pharmaceutical product promotion plans and schemes, convey pharmaceutical product information to medical personnel, assist medical personnel in reasonable use of the company's pharmaceutical products, and collect and feedback drug clinical usage information and hospital needs.
Develop capabilities according to the requirements of the Medical Representative (MR) competency description, identify self-improvement directions, and discuss development needs with the District Sales Manager (DSM).
