Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Structural component design
FEM analysis and hand calculations
Knowledge of welding standards API, ASME, ISA, ANSI, DIN
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Use of CREO or ANSYS SpaceClaim
Structural validation using ANSYS
Analytical skills including acoustic analysis
Nice-to-have
Field experience in BOP
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team collaboration and innovation focus
Knowledge of offshore and onshore loading conditions
System and process knowledge in O&G and power generation
Key Requirements
BE Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Strong knowledge in welding symbols and standards
Experience with CREO or ANSYS SpaceClaim
Strong structural validation knowledge using ANSYS
